Call the COVID-19 Hotline: (404) 613-8150 to get your COVID-19 related questions answered or to schedule a testing appointment. The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

GET TESTED
Getting tested for COVID-19 is easy, convenient, and free. Choose one of the following two ways to schedule an appointment:
1. Call the COVID-19 Hotline: (404) 613-8150 to schedule an appointment with one of our call center representatives.
2. Visit the COVID-19 testing website
GET YOUR TEST RESULTS
Access your tests results in three ways:
1. Visit the LabCorp patient portal at LabCorp Patient Portal and create an account; or
2. Email your request to fcboh.covid@dph.ga.gov; or
3. Call the Test Results Hotline:(404) 613-7295 to receive your results from an agency representative if you haven't received your test results within three (3) business days of being tested.
The test results line is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
