We are proud to offer public health services at eight health centers located throughout the county and through our Vital Records Office at Fulton County Government Center. Click on the name of the health center nearest you for more information on the programs and services offered at that location. Not all services are available at each health center, so you may also call the number listed for that center or call the main number at 404- 613-1205. 

Most of our health centers are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted.

Fees for services are charged based on a sliding scale according to income and family size.

If you do not have health insurance, residents can qualify for the sliding fee scale by bringing the following two documents to the health center at the time of your appointment:

1.  Proof of Fulton County residency.

2.  Proof of income and family size.
