- Ryan White Adult Immunizations
- Sexual Health including STI screening/treatment, Ryan White program, HIV/AIDS screening, prevention and treatment and the PrEP or Pre-exposure prophylaxis program
- Tuberculosis (TB) Control and Prevention
Environmental Health Services (EHS)
- Permits for food service establishments, pools, spas and tourist accommodations
- Food Safety Training (HAACP)
- Control of mosquito-borne viruses such as West Nile and Zika
- Nuisance complaints
- Rat Control
- Sewage and Solid Waste Disposal
Epidemiology
- Conducts mandated surveillance and reporting of more than 80 notifiable diseases and medical conditions
- Conducts disease, cluster and outbreak investigations
Office of Emergency Preparedness
- Coordinates with state and federal agencies to handle health pandemics, bioterrorism and natural disasters. Assists with community emergency planning during health or environmental crises.

We are proud to offer public health services at eight health centers located throughout the county and through our Vital Records Office at Fulton County Government Center. Most of our health centers are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted.

Fees for services are charged based on a sliding scale according to income and family size.
If you do not have health insurance, residents can qualify for the sliding fee scale by bringing the following two documents to the health center at the time of your appointment:
1. Proof of Fulton County residency.
2. Proof of income and family size.
